Greetings, brothers and sisters in the sangha! I hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday. Sometimes I find that I lose my mindfulness very easily when I'm surfing the Internet. Since I'm at my computer at the moment, I thought I'd like to share a gatha for "Turning on the Computer" from Thay. It reminds me to bring the fruits of my walking and sitting meditation into my computer work, and try to be mindful there too. Please enjoy...

Turning on the computer,
my mind gets in touch with the store.
I vow to transcend habit energies
to help love and understanding grow.

**The "store" in this verse refers to alayavijnana, the consciousness where all our seed-potentials are stored (from Present Moment, Wonderful Moment by Thich Nhat Hanh).

What a great video, I think of his words every time I wash the dishes.
