I'm on the 4th. day of The Master Cleanse. Has anyone tried this cleanse before? And if so, how were you feeling the first couple of days? This is overall a 10 day cleanse but really people should do it for as long as they feel comfortable (not exceeding 10 days if you've never done it before). It consists of drinking water mixed with organic grade b maple syrup, organic lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. If anyone is interested in starting the cleanse or would like more information, do not hesitate to let me know! I'd be glad to help. :)

Big ups to Makeda on her fast. She is now starting The Master Cleanse tomorrow for self. Let's send positive vibes to everyone who's cleansing right now! Because once you cleanse the body, your mind will start cleansing as well and you'll get clearer thoughts.

Overall my experience has been good. This is the first time I do any type of cleanse therefore my body is not used to it. And yes, the first 3 days are definitely the hardest. But overall, your body should begin to get used to it after 5 to 6 days. I'm feeling tired as of right now so I'm taking a few days off to just meditate, do the cleanse, and take it easy. Which is what you should be doing if you're doing The Master Cleanse.

Blessed love to all,
Jae

If you are doing a Three Day Detox Fast you may feel irritable. We suggest that your last 2 days of a 3 day fast be on your days off of work. You may have slight headachs that may come and go followed by a burst of energy. Resist the impulse to expend physical Energy. Any Discomfort you may feel is due to the release of toxic material being dumped into the bloodstream from all parts of your body. You may feel the release of emotional and mental stress as well. Your body is a Temple and your the caretaker and this is a good time to know your body. For Pre fasting start with fruits in the morning and streamed veggies in the mid-day and make your brown rice and beans for the evening meal. For additional protein use tempeh, tofu, almonds and Sunflower Greens on your grains. No salt, sugar, dairy, white flower, oils, cholesterol, coffee, cigarettes or alcohol

Go there Star!

Props Jae! I'm interested in joining the bandwagon hehehe....tell me about it at work
So, I am now on my 6th day of the cleanse (technically 7th day in a few minutes...hehe.) Today wasn't as bad as the 3rd, 4th and 5th day. I actually had the energy to work on some stuff I needed to work on, as well as start my spring cleaning. They say once you hit the rough patch (which is the the beginning-middle of the cleanse) the rest is a breeze. I'm looking forward to finishing it! At the beginning I had cravings like crazy! Especially for food that is definitely not good for my body. But as of today the only food I've been craving are fruits and vegetables. Hopefully this spur of energy carries over until the end of the cleanse so I can carry along with my normal activities. I have a feeling that is going to be the case. I feel great! :)
Thank you! I'll for sure tell you more about it at work. See you soon!

I am now officially done with the cleanse! 10 days of just drinking the Master Cleanse recipe and I feel GOOD! It was by far the hardest yet most rewarding thing I've done for my body, ever. When I set out to complete the cleanse I didn't actually think I would finish it, simply because I had tried to do it two times previously. But, when you set your mind out to do something and rid yourself of all temptation is actually not as hard. The first couple of days will be hell for anyone, but once your body gets accustomed to it it's a breeze. These last 10 days I've done a lot of heavy thinking and pondering and for some reason my thoughts seem to be a lot clearer. I'm not as concerned with negativity as I was and my focus has shifted greatly towards positivity. I'm looking forward to the days to come. It's been a great experience and I encourage anyone to do the cleanse as well. You won't regret it.

One love,
Jae
Great challenge! I will definatly do it again. I am going to watch my food intake and keep it low. It is such good discipline. Breaking the fast is the hardest. We are here to support you! Please come to the sound healing event tomorrow night. Love
